Carnaroli rice “SELEZIONE ORO” is processed with pestles in the most ancient tradition and has a double hand sieve. It is grown in mixed sandy soils that are submerged with spring water to guarantee totally uncontaminated cultivation. The land is worked in rotation every four years, varying the crops. Considered to be one of the best rice varieties on the market, thanks to its excellent cooking properties and ability to blend and bring out the most diverse flavours, it is ideal for preparing grainy risottos, rice pilaf and paella.
