Vialone Nano Rice – Semi-finished

Vialone Nano rice ‘Premium Line’ is much richer in fibres than classic Vialone rice, maintains its organoleptic characteristics and has a more intense flavour. Partially milled rice and therefore darker, it needs to be cooked for a few minutes longer. Excellent for all traditional dishes, it is ideal for creamy, well-drained risottos.
